Welcome to Gallery Lienhart. These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchases made in our gallery store and through our online shop at gallerylienhart.se. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Payment

Online

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Online Purchases

Under the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in-store are generally final.

As most artworks are unique pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Exceptions

Custom-made, commissioned, or personalized artworks are not eligible for withdrawal or return.

Opened or damaged prints, books, or fragile items cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Complaints and Defects

If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos and a description.

In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you may have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.
