Our beautiful fauna and flora is a recurring theme in my art. The meeting itself is the essence. That the viewer should feel, hear, even smell the subject. Make eye contact and feel respect and curiosity towards and from our animals from the fauna and get a feeling that they are in the place depicted.
The balance between my artisanal love for detail painting and at the same time maintaining the painterly expression is important in my creation. I paint what I find beautiful and appealing and that fascinates and challenges me. Immortalizing what I see, depicting it and trying to bring it to life with my colors and brushes is my passion.
I also paint e.g. portraits to order,
I am a self-taught and full-time artist since 2015 with my own studio in Åkersberga.
