Information when buying art / arts

DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY:


Gallery ship worldwide to costumers / clients. If any issues or questions please contact the gallery.


The gallerist will contact you before your order is shipped to your adress / your postcentral. All orders will be packed within 4 working days.


Shipments within Sweden  or are outside Sweden sent with PostNord or FedEx. Delivery takes up to 7 days in Sweden and 14 days worldwide.


The gallerist informs and is always in contact with the customer / client throughout the entire process for the art / arts.



Both gallerist and the customer / client will have a tracking code.

Follow every updated and the entire delivery until the art / arts is delivered to the postcentral or address.


The gallery does not assume anything in terms of costs, but it charges you as a customer / client for import duties or applicable taxes outside the EU; 


The shipping company will contact you about this and forward / send out an invoice 

for these charges to you separately. 



These charges are the responsibility of the customer / recipient.

Each country varies from country to country. 


As a result, your delivery time may be affected. 


It is not something we can stand for or take responsibility for which is beyond our control. Duties and taxes cannot be recovered if a work is returned to us.


You can always reach out to us to inquire about the status of your delivery.

All artworks are shipped from Sweden and include EU VAT.

RETURN / REFUND / POLICY / LATE MISSING REFUNDS:


Returns:
The costumer have the right to withdraw/return:

Under Swedish law, the customer has the right to withdraw or return their online purchase within 14 days of collecting their

(artwork / artworks / sculpture).


The (artwork / artworks / sculpture) (and frame) must be in the same condition as it was prior to shipping. When invoking the right to withdraw, all customers is and have to be responsible for all costs involving the return of the object / objects (artwork / artworks / sculpture) including insurance.


When refunds, it will be processed once the product is returned to the gallery and must be in in the same condition as it was when ordered the painting.


The gallery will not receive a return label. The return cost will therefore be on the customers behalf.


Refunds & late refunds:
When the costumers / your return is received and inspected of the gallerist / gallerists, then we will send you an email so you can be notify

that we have received your returned (artwork / artworks / sculpture).


We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund of the (artwork / artworks / sculpture)

If you are approved, an mail will be sent with informations about refund will be processed to you,

credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If problem that you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again and update.
You can always contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.


There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
